On April 24, 2013, The Crystal Park Community
Wildfire Protection Plan
was signed and sealed by a joint task force including members of the Crystal Park (CP) Homeowners Association Board of Directors, the CP Metropolitan District, the CP Volunteer Fire Department and the Colorado State Forest Service; and approved by the United States Forest Service and the El Paso Board of County Commissioners. Final/Signed Version.
On November 7, 2012, the CPMD and the Crystal Park Home Owners Association finalized the Crystal Park Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP).
On August 8, 2012, The Crystal Park Homeowners Association and the Crystal Park Metro District finalized a memorandum of agreement: "to recognize
and
support
a
joint
Crystal Park
Community Wildfire
Protection
Plan
(CWPP)
Advisory
Group
as
the
principal
agent
for research,
advice,
and
documentation
with respect
to
a
Community
Wildfire
Protection
Plan.
CPHOA
and
CPMD
also
agree
that
the Crystal
park
Community
Wildfire
Protection
Plan
is
the
coordinating
document
incorporating
all
aspects
of
wildfire
protection
planning
for
the
cornmunity
of
Crystal

USE AGREEMENTS
Below are links to signed Use Agreements for the Multi-Use Building (MUB) and two vehicles that are owned by the HOA but are jointly used by the CPHOA and the CPFD for the good of all members of Crystal Park. These agreements were approved at the CPHOA Board meeting on August 26, 2010 and at the Metro Board meeting on September 1, 2010.
